Random: Street Robot

I took this photo the other day coming home from work. I caught it out of the corner of my eye and it took me a second to process what it was. I went back to take a photo right as the light turned yellow, and on Clark and Wacker that could've been fatal.

Now, I don't know what this is, or who put it there, but I do find it fun. Apparently, they are all over downtown Chicago.
